Feeling uncertain about bringing in outsiders? We get it.
There are a lot of bad-faith agencies out there who just want to land a contract and then drain you for as long as you’ll let them.
Our team is different; we want to get in, do our work, and move on as quickly as possible.
We are data-driven and we value our time – and yours.
Even when we have great successes with our initial suggestions, it’s important to understand why those changes mattered.
We start by collecting data to create a baseline that we can compare our results to. We test changes systematically and carefully analyze the impacts. Each iteration of design gives us a deeper understanding about what works and why.
When we conclude our contracts, we share what we’ve learned in a format that is easy for executives to understand and easy for teams to carry forward.
The bottom line is that we want you to succeed, and we want to be the first team you think of when you’re ready to push forward again.
We stand behind our work in 100%, and we’re willing to put skin in the game. We can bill per-project, on an hourly basis, or with the “guaranteed outcomes” rate.
Labor is estimated at the end of the “consultation” phase (see the process page for more details), and we bill a flat rate for the project plus with a standard hourly rate for additional labor beyond the contract terms.
For new products, ongoing projects, or projects with an unclear delivery date, we can guarantee a minimum number of labor-hours per month with a renewable fixed-term contract.
For guaranteed rates, Brown Juice Co will cover all of our own labor costs, and we’ll work tirelessly to ensure your success.
At the conclusion of each project, we’ll take a small percentage of the positive impact averaged out over a fixed term.
If we can’t make a meaningful improvement to your outcomes for the products we work on, then you won’t receive a bill.
